Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the pan to form a crust.
3. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool slightly.
4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.
8. Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger evenly across the surface.
9. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until center is set.
10. Cool completely, then chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
11. Slice and drizzle with more caramel before serving.

Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
Wipe the knife between cuts for clean bars.
